Common questions
Short answers for residents and barangay staff.
Do residents need an account?
No staff account is needed to use the available public request forms. Staff and administrator accounts are issued for barangay work.
Why does another barangay have more services?
Each barangay chooses its services and may have a different plan or set of optional modules. Check your own barangay’s public page or ask its office.
When will my document be ready?
Timing depends on the barangay’s review process, requirements and office schedule. Use your tracking number to check the current status. Contact the issuing office about deadlines.
Does every council member need a login?
No. The administrator maintains a council roster, and staff record the members’ votes during a session.
Can I pay twice if the first attempt is pending?
Check the request and your payment reference first. If you were charged or are unsure, contact the barangay before paying again.
Who can correct a mistake?
Contact the barangay office for a request or issued document correction. Staff should review the current record and use the available correction process. Recorded Legislative vote outcomes are preserved and cannot be edited afterward.
Where can I get help?
For a request, payment, appointment or resident record, contact your barangay office. Staff should contact their administrator for access problems. Include the relevant reference and a short description of what happened.
