Accounts and permissions
Understand what residents, staff and administrators can do.
Residents
Residents can use the public services their barangay offers without a staff account. Keep tracking numbers and payment references private. Contact the barangay office for corrections or help with a request.
Barangay staff
Staff use accounts issued for barangay work. The sidebar shows the sections available to them.
- Assist walk-in applicants and review document requests.
- Work with resident, household and ambulance records when those modules are enabled.
- Prepare legislative records and record session votes when Legislative is enabled.
- Use only the actions available to the account. Ask an administrator when an action is restricted.
Barangay administrators
Administrators manage barangay settings and the tasks reserved for their role, including the council roster and payment configuration. They can review collections and the audit log, manage available services and help staff resolve access problems.
Council members
Council members are listed in the Legislative roster. Their council position does not create an account or grant administrative access. During sessions, staff record each eligible member’s vote using the member’s dropdown.
Platform support
Platform administrators handle barangay subscriptions and available modules. Barangay administrators should contact platform support about license changes or services outside the current plan. Do not share account passwords or verification codes with others.
