Settings and service status
Update your account, barangay information and enabled services.
Manage your own account
Use Settings to review your account and security options. Complete any required verification when signing in or making a protected change. Do not share your password or one-time verification codes.
Update barangay information
Barangay administrators can review the barangay profile, officials and public content. Check contact details, office information, announcements and branding before saving. Public information should help residents reach the correct office.
Review service settings
Check service availability, forms, required information and fees in the relevant service settings. Online payments need a working payment connection before they can be offered to residents. Preview changes before making them available.
Check the license and included modules
License & Plan shows the barangay’s access information. Some modules are optional. Contact platform support if a module is needed, a license has expired or access must be restored.
Use the Service status control
A red Service status control in the header means a service needs attention. Open it to read the issue and use the available help links. The notice stays out of the page’s working area. A payment warning does not by itself mean that your staff role has changed.
